Conference Registration Information

Conference registration will open on July 27, 2017!

Meals

Registration fees include breakfast and lunch. Evening meals are not included. 

Member Rate

If you are a member of WLA, ILA, SDLA, or NDLA (the surrounding state library associations), you may register at the MLA member rate.

Bulk Registrations Accepted

Select "Save & Add Another Attendee" at the end of each registration form to sign up many participants at one time. 

Payment Options

At the end of the registration process, you have the choice to either pay via "Credit Card" or "Bill Me".  An invoice is automatically emailed to the primary registrant when you select the latter. Only one invoice is created which is itemized in the case of bulk registrants. 

Registration Fees



Cancellation / Refund / No-Show Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable) to the MLA office. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations received at the office by September 5, 2017 are eligible for a refund of the registration fee less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after September 5, 2017. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees. Refunds will be distributed after the conference.
